Fasted state cardio for burning stubborn fats ?

What do you guys think of this?

I have some stubborn belly fat that refuses to go away. I do cardio 3-4 times a week and have lost significant amount of weight. i have reduced alot of bodyfats generally but i still have stubborn belly fat. Had read about fasted state cardio with some hiit.

Basically not eating anything in the morning and do steady state cardio with some hiit for less than 1hour before follwing up with a healthy breakfast post workout.

Heard the injection of properties and land from YTL Corp have been confirmed and will boost the price of YTLL. Since the price is at all time low now and the potential of the stock to go up to RM3 from RNAV. What do you guys think?

Realtek HD Audio onboard Gigabyte H67

As per the title, im running on windows 7 and had downloaded the latest driver and it still have the buzz sound.
Before that had used the driver that comes with the mobo. Very irritating when i used mic for ventrilo/skype my voice is drowned by the buzz sound.

Anybody experience this before and know to fix this??

Hey guys i just bought a new rig with this spec

Core i5 2400
Gigabyte H67M-D2 mobo
4gb Ram
EVGA GTX 460
WD Green 1TB hdd

I heard there is a problem with sandy bridge before. But still not clear about it. The dealer from C-zone tells me that i can only use 1 Sata hdd because of this. Is this true? What is the solution for this if i wanna put in another hdd in the future? Is the mobo manufacturer doing a recall when the time comes?

Lastly if i wanna buy a SSD drive, would the problem effect it?

Hey guys as the title says, im looking to xfer off from thaurissan which has the most absurd horde to alliance ratio.
LF a balanced server with a healthy world pvp.

Was looking at my friends toon in WoW Taiwan, practically tol barad peninsula is a 24/7 world pvp battleground. Infact anywhere u go have some crazy world pvp going on, im not talking bout small groups but huge groups battling out to control daily quest mob area. He's an alliance and bg ques are instant!! its like omfg, i gotta wait 12-15mins for a bg to pop here..

So waddya think.. preferably around gmt +8/+10 players population

Any recommended setups or which shops in lowyat? Budget bout RM2k+ but not more than 3k (include monitor)

Motherboard: ???? really no idea...
Hdd: Any sata???
