Hi guys, I got a verbal offer from MBB.
Do you have any feedback on a VP role at MBB, specifically within group innovation and strategy?
I was told to co-create the KPI for this role as it's a "new" role for the company.
I know the working cultures are all relative to the job function but since this role is a "new" role, I just want to get a sense of the general working culture.

Thinking about:
1. Working hours.
2. Working environment/pace/culture?
3. Staff benefits for the VP role?
4. What's the hybrid work arrangement like?

Any thoughts and feedback are welcome!

Lately, I have been very interested in styles like that, especially a mix of some traditional Asian traditional styles with oversize baggy clothing.
I struggle to find many options like this and recently saw some from Behati and would already get 2 pieces from there.
If you know of any tailor interested in experimenting with this type of style or knowing of shops that sell clothes like that, please let me know =)

House under renovation got Broken into

Hi Guys,

I am currently doing renovation at my new home.
Over the span for 1 week, it was broken into twice.
The first time, they broke in through the back door (the door now kaput)
The 2nd time, they broke in from the back again even though we used lots of wood to reinforced it

My contractors lost significant amount of tools.
I am writing in to request some advice:-
1) What are the best way to prevent this from happening the 3rd time.
2) Should I lodge a police report even though i have no losses.

32" LCD TV FullHD or HDready?

Hi guys,

I am currently running on GT 220 1Gb DDR3 graphic Card with HDMI slot and a 23 inch LCD Monitor FULL HD with resolution of 1920 x 1080.

I am now looking for a LCD TV, most likely a 32" LCD TV.
I just saw a 32" LG LCD TV for 899, HD ready and I am so tempted to get it.
However, I am quite dumb founded bout it. I appreciate if any sifus can help answer the following questions:-]

a. is there any big difference between HDready and Full HD if i watch movie and play games?
b. Will my graphic card be able to support the lcd tv?
c. What specs do I have to consider when purchasing?
d. will there be a LCD TV 32" that have performs equally as good as my 23" Full HD Monitor?

I am just wondering if I could connect my audio out from CPU to those HI-FIs systems?
Which sound card allows me to do that?
Recommend me a sound card budget around 300, I don't play games I ussually listen to music and watch series..

Will the sound quality be worse off as compare to connecting it to PC speakers?

I have been working for half a year now.. and i realised that alot of ppl sleep less than 6 hours a day.. in fact i now some even sleep like only 5 hours aday.. I was wondering how the hell can ppl concentrate to work the next day.. I myself try to sleep with 7 hours everyday and still finds it difficult to keep my self awake during working hours..

Those that ppl that i know sleeping with less than 6 or even 5 hours a day are so alert and active throughout the weekdays..

I do workout at least 2 times a week, from sunday to thursday i will make sure i get to bed by 1130 with 7 hours of sleep and during the weekends i sleep prolly at 3-4am and wake up with at least 8 hours of sleep..

any idea why am i always so tireD?

I just recently quit my gym because i m shifting.. i was wondering where can i get those weights and bars like we used in BODY Pump.. hehe wanna continue doing it at home.. i cant seem to find it in fitness shops located in midvalley, subang parade, pyramid..
