Clogged Incoming Underground Cold Water Pipe

Recently, all my water fittings directly connected from the incoming underground cold water pipe facing low water pressure issue and I suspected it may due to clogged underground cold water pipe (from terrace house front door till kitchen sink) installed more than 15 years ago.

Is there any way to resolve the issue avoiding to install new piping??

3) Normal Microsoft office usage
4) BT Download (My unifi is 800mb, heavy use to DL)
5) Home Networking to sharing the file between TV BOX, Notebook and Desktop

Would like to check, are the above specification still can be use? Or is already outdated and need some changes??
MY budget will be around RM2k - RM2.5k if possible. Will using back my Monitor, keyboard and mouse. Also may use back my old cooler master casing.

Please advise.

How do you interpret "Ready for Connection"

In standard residences property SPA (Schedule H),
under Clause 27 Manner of Delivery of Vacant Possession,
Item ©,
- water and electricity supply are ready for connection to the said Parcel

Also under clause 1(k), the definition of "ready for connection" means

- means electrical points and water fittings and fixtures in the said Parcel have been installed by the Developer and are fully functional and supply is available for tapping into individual parcels.

Question:[U]

1) Pursuant to Clause 1(k), does this mean that the developer need to install the water meter and electricity meter before issue vacant possession?

2) As we aware, water meter installed by Syabas, electricity meter installed by TNB, any delay in the meter installation by these both parties also under Developer obligation?

3) Can Developer still issue vacant possession without water and electricity meter installed?

Please advise.

Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H Onboard Lan Port Issue

Would like to check the following:-

I am using Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H Motherboard, the onboard network is mentioned as gigabyte connection.

I am using Unifi Turbo 800mb, with LAN Cat6 cable, my network adapter only captured 100mb as enclosed photo.

Why he not detected to 1GB instead stucked at 100mb?

Please help.

Recently i try to buy a budget desktop pc which mainly use for: -

1) Online streaming - Youtube, using bluestacks with TV APP, and other online streaming to watch movie / drama or others

2) Downloading - mainly on HD movie and series

3) Normal web browsing

4) Standard Microsoft office usage

5) Want to utilise UNIFI 800 mb/s

I will remain my current accessories as follow:-

a) LED 24" Monitor

b) SoniGear EVO8 Speaker

c) Cooler Master Casing

Since a long time i not upgrading the PC, as such i totally not aware the current market value for the components that i required.

I just upgrade my windows 8.1 pro, currently facing the issue below:-

in normal cases, when we go to the taskbar and navagation properties, under taskbar option, there is an option of "show windows store app on taskbar" as below.

however, i cannot find this option in my windows 8.1 pro as below

Any one can help on this?

I very sure that i had update all the available update for windows 8.1.

Modeo HD Digital Multimedia HDD player

I have a old Modeo HD player model "Modeo HD Digital Multimedia RMVB HDD player (MR55a)", this model can't play MKV file, just found out new model "MODEO HD Digital Multimedia Karaoke Player RMVB MKV" can play mkv file.

Just want to check is there any way to upgrade my old player so that it can play mkv file ??

Connection From CPU to TV [Solved]

Dear All,

Just bought the new Sony 40" FullHD TV, thinking of connect my CPU to TV so that can watch all those ppstream or other online movie on this TV.

From my CPU graphic card outlet

1) S-Video
2) VGA
3) DVI

MY TV

1) Video (normal yellow cable)
2) HDMI
3) VGA
4) S-video

Currently i'm using Kworld convertor to connect my CPU to TV, it's works but the picture quality is not good enough. Therefore, I would like to ask

1) At CPU, can i connect VGA / DVI to Computer Monitor, and another slot of VGA / DVI to TV ?? Or only 1 output can be choose, either TV or Computer Monitor ? If using multiple monitor setting, will it works ?

2) If i using DVI to HDMI cable connect to TV, will it works ?? (Currentlly still searching for this cable)

3) If i connect the CPU only by using VGA to VGA, but the TV shown no signal detected, what is the problem ?

Or, is there any other connection method to make this works ??

Geforce 8800 GT - "No Signal Detected"

Currently i'm using Geforce 8800 GT with the driver 182.50, when i playing some online games...after few minutes, it alwasy pop up "No signal Detected" and the monitor become blank, the only solution is to restart the PC, i searching for the web found that a lot of people facing this problem too.

Any suggestion to fix this problem ?? Coz i need it to be solve urgently.

Wireless Networking Setting Out

1) I have 2 PC with Windows XP SP2 installed

2) PC1 direct connect to Wireless Router Modem

3) PC2 using wireless adapter

I can connect my streamyx on both PCs, but i cannot share the folder on boths pc, any 1 can teach me step by step how to set this 2 pcs can file sharing.... ??

i want to buy a new cpu which is up todate model with graphic card. Mainly in play online game, such as Warcraft 3, WoW and so on, watching movie and office work.

i plan to do something like this, is it ok ??

GC i duno which 1 to be choose, either 8600GT or 8800GT, bcoz the price is diffectent a lot. Some ppl say if using 8800GT need in Windows Vista then only can see the better performance, but currently i still prefer to install Windows XP, so is it will be a waste if using 8800GT... ??

How to Connect CPU to TV Monitor ?

I have a computer with graphic card FX5200, i try to link my cpu with the TV monitor by using a S-Video at graphic card outlet to Video In to TV monitor. I did some setting at display setting, but the TV not showing any image... i just wonder who else here can help me on this. Thank you.

My main purpose to link this to TV, i have 2 CPU, using wireless networking, 1 PC for normal usage, another 1 link to TV to watch online TV show and football match (don't know this can be using for normal usege or not??)

I just thinking to buy a new CPU only with budget around RM2k. I play game, watch online movie and normal working purposes. So i would appreciate if some of the kind people here can show me some guide or some specification to meet my requirement.

Ram = 2GB
Graphic = 512Mb
