i have just bought a ASUS P5KPL-AM motherboard last 2weeks ago and i just put it into my machine yesterday. I found out that i cant power on my motherboard using a 400W power supply.. Anyone experience this problem before???

I wanted to insert DNS/ domain name/ ip address of the domain name of an internal mail server to the lotus note/domino server..
so i can send mail from lotus note to internal mail server..

lotus note/domino server is a public and internal mail server is private..
pls give me advise..
