Car refinancing?

Hi,

I still have 1 more year to go to pay off my current car but I intend to buy a new car.
How does the transfer of this unpaid amount to the new car called? Refinancing? Please enlighten me as I'm not sure the process of doing this.

Is it recommended to pay off the 1 yr amount or just do the so called "refinancing"?

Indoor Tanning Salon?

I wonder if KL has an indoor tanning salon equivalent to singapore's Fabulous Tan (http://www.fabuloustan.sg/index.htm)
Fabulous Tan is quite famous for indoor tanning among local celebrities as well.

In Malaysia, I've only found this.
