Help,for configure router

dear all,

i got a problem here,
how do i configure the router to fix the bandwidth or % of user?
coz in my house,there are 4 user, sometimes when others downloading movie...
the line become very slow...
so i heard can set the usage of the streamyx line..
may i know how????

Mp4 recorder problem

now i facing a problem ...pls help....

the mp4 recorder can record into 2 type format: .act and .mov
the manual say use .act is to record high quality sound, but after that when i want to playback in PC....
all players cant read!!!!! and the driver given do not have those converter staff!!!!!

please HELP.. what can i do now for lishten back the previous thing i record?????

Hai all,

I having a stupid question here,wish any one can help me on this!

If i want to online at my house, beside the streamyx and jaring, do i have other way to get this?
Cause i stay alone in Serdang area, if i subscribe the streamyx or jaring..like waste money if not share...
so do i have other way for me to online?
