Here my story goes:

1.when I click download they requesting for install different module and I say OK then proceed.

2. After the download finished, my device (Bold 9780) reboot as per request and again OK.

3. So the loading bar appear and doing their job.

4. Still loading and loading and it get stuck just a few milestone to finish. That is NOT OK.

Solution: I've reinstall using blackberry desktop and my device work well but my problem is not over.
My XPS 420 sudden paralyze

This happen 3 days ago. While I was playing PES 2009 (football game) with my Dell XPS 420 suddenly stop and give this weird jeered image on my display monitor. So I have to force restart. First I thought it was OK but when I click Windows button my screen went crashed and so called paralyze. So I have to restart and run safe mode to backup all my files that I need. So in backup mode I don't have any issues but if in full/normal mode it happens again and again.

I've contact Dell by email but they still haven't reply yet. So I seek to you guys here. I attach image that I have captured.

Is it my graphic card issue? or Windows Vista? I almost can't do anything.

If this issue has been on topic before, I apologize.
