HELP! Cannot login to cpanel and FTP?

hannahjoo — Tue, 21 Apr 2009 08:52:50 +0800

I suddenly unable to login to my cpanel. When I try to login, the loading of webpage was very slow, and end up with Internal Server Error 500 message.

I cannot connect to the server with FileZilla FTP also, it gave me the connection timed out, cannot connect to the server error message.

When I try to access my site, it seems that it took longer time to load than usual.

What is actually going on there? It all happened suddenly, everything was fine at the morning and suddenly mess up since 20/04/09 night...

I don't think that is my PC problem, because I can access others' cpanel, and it requested password and username from me.

What should I do to fix these problems? Help!!
