Switch for Water Heater (Shared Bathroom)

I am going to install a new water heater for 2 bedrooms. It is typical terrace house design, where 2 bedroom sharing a toilet (inside the bedrooms).

And, I am going to rent out the rooms. So 2 tenants will share the water heater.

I need advice: shall i put the switch inside the shared bathroom? Will it dangerous? If yes, where shall I locate the switch?
