RPGT Impact on budget 2014

Hi guy,

I kind of surprise that no one ever mention the impact of RPGT for 2014 Budget. Here I get from the news that the RPGT had been increase next year , almost 2x the value.

Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT)
2013
--15%(first 2 years)
--10%(Third - 5th years)
--0%(After 5 years)
Minimum property purchase price for foreigners from RM500,000

2014 forecast
- 30% (first 3 years)
- 20% (fourth year)
- 15% (fifth year)
- For foreigners: 30% for all five years
Minimum property purchase price for foreigners From RM1 mil.

Does this simply means "investor/flipper" who have house to sell/ in the process of selling, if they not able to done the deal within this 2 month... they likely to paid 2x the RPGT if the do the sales next year... Of course, having said that, that would means... Foreigners that have property that 3 years and above now,would serve RPGT 10%, but if later, it be 30%... ?

HardDisk seems like dying...

I had this issues... just after I installed a wireless receiver to the mother board... well.. mayb it already happen before that...

My hard disk is not reachable... window start take unusual long... it almost 15 minutes.. then it prompt error on delay writting on that drive... so When I open that drive... the whole disk is empty leaving a 0 bytes temp file.... there is 2 partition on the disk... the other partition is inaccesible...

My primary system disk is running... ok... my other HDD is ok... just this one die out... it was the oldest and mostly populated HD....

When I open computer management, disk management... I can see that it was detected... but the only option I had is format it... I not sure will this help... but hopefully... can retain the hard disk data....

Is this common issues... that the harddisk like dying.. but u can access part of the partition... but all data gone missing...
