Winsock problem.....

My computer seems to have winsock related error everytime(almost 80% ) i boot up...

after connecting to streamyx, i cant access any website....
i tried "ping www.yahoo.com" and it failed
but "ping 60.xxx.xxx.xxx" works.. seems like the DNS resolver broken... i fix it using " winsockxpfix" everytime..
but the problem arises after 30 minutes again....
it gives me alot of headache since it happens every time i start the computer...

need help n guidance plz....
