im thinking to get a family home of maybe 1,200 above which must have security, good environment and nice facilities for my growing up toddler

i am considering the mk dpc location near kl (or kl itself) and new properties are prioritized as it incurs lower upfront costs. budget for property price is rm1m and below

what i am considering is second hand nadia at dpc, anjali at sri sinar, maybe 28 dutamas... lumina kiara?
