Transfer USD to Local Saving/Current Accounts

1. i will be working overseas and receiving money in USD

2. can i directly transfer some amount of USD to my CIMB Saving or Current accounts ? or the bank will automatically exchange the currency before desposited to my account ?

Delivery of Vacant Possession

I believe delivery of vacant possession is :

a)Landed = 24 months from signing SPA
b)Condo/Flat = 36 months from signing SPA

Is there any purchaser's right/valid claims if the landed prop vacant possession is 36 months from signing SPA ?

Renovation Management

Guys..ive been wondering how you guys put a renovation management with the contractor...since its a 3 storey and ive estimate a lot of reno work + cost so I think should consider these things in order to avoid cost + schedule overrun

1. Renovation scope of work - is it design, procure n install or you provide the design and/or material ?

2. Payment - based on progress or milestones ?

3. Binding documents - got sorts of contract or only cincai A4 bcos scared if they run or delay or warranty etc

4. Do you lumpsum to one main contractor or split to packages e.g. Structural works, electrical, ID

5. How do you go for quotation? Just a simple sketches and/or material specs?
