astro or cpu?

each time i switch on astro and d cpu switch(even without turning on d pc), d picture of astro will become snowish and blur with lines

however, if i turn off d cpu switch, astro's picture will be very clear

any1 have any ideas on how 2 solve this problem?

cd-rom problem

my laptop's system can't detect the cd rom drive, dunno what happen
i've tried restarted numerous time but still it can't detect...tried the device manager also but the device manager showing that the device is working properly

any1 out there know wat's wrong with the cd-rom? or maybe it is d system

my fren had did a backdrop in d computer, however, he wanted to enlarge it into 16X10 feet and print it out using printer. his problem now is he dunno wat software can enlarge and print the picture, according to him, the picture printed out is in A4 paper and when all of the pieces are arranged, it will look exactly like what he drawn....
can anybody pls help?
