hi all, my mum recently booked a house worth RM3m+ at klang area but when she try to proceed the loan the banker reject the application (few bank). my question is, is it possible to get back the 1% booking fees? they cost RM30k+. thank you for the help

i got saga blm 2008 1.3 full spec the loan already clear and now i want to sell my car to one of my friend he want to loan for the car what should i do? i ask a 2nd hand car dealer they charge me around rm1.9k include insurance but my insurance and road tax end at 2010 march -.- hope you guys can help abit thanks
