termination term in offer letter

Dear all...

i have received a job offer...the term of termination is as below:

termination of employment shall be subjected to two(2) months' prior written notice from either party ( or any shorter notice period as may be approved by management), or payment of equivalent amt of salary by the employee in lieu of the full notice period.

the job nvr stated the probation period. n i have asked the management that how if i find that the job not suitable for me after a mth working.. m i still bound to the term of notice (2 mths)....he said no..i can leave mayb by given a week notice but nvr clearly stated how long is it...

i juz worry if i sign the offer letter....if i really wan to resign within de probation period....can they take back their words and follow the term of notice tat required me to work for 2 mths or pay them 2 mths salary?

if i leave earlier for eg. juz given a week notice...m i consider breach of contract?

hi thr...i get a job offer from rbc dexia as fund accountant and at the same time i received a call from pbb call me for interview as management trainee.....

actually i decided to go for rbc dexia and go the pbb interview as well....but today i get to know that rbc noticed period during probation is 2 mths...
tats mean tat if i get job offer from pbb i might cant resign so soon..n tis might lead to i lost the chance to work wif pbb

wat u all think?
