Responsibilities:
Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis.
Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programmes.
Attend to all matters pertaining sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT industry.
Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Team player

Salary:
Basic + allowance
Commission: 2% from net value of selling price
Working Hour: 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Sunday. (Off on a weekday based on duty schedule)

Requirements:
1. Good proficient english level.
2. Fresh & entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
3. 2 years or more experience in Retail, Promoter and Sales will be an added advantage.

hie all, would like to get recommendations for a low-end rig just for DoTA. prefer to be as cheap as possible. (if possible, less than 1K but over a bit it's ok)

can do with AMD or Intel processor. (AMD X2 or Dual Core better?)

not planning to upgrade processor in the future.

don't need any monitor.

is there any motherboard which have built-in graphics that can support DoTA & still have PCI-E slots for future GC upgrade & still cheap, prefer to have that.
