Overseas and locked out of Maybank2u

Hey everyone,

I’m currently based overseas and urgently need to access my property/mortgage loan statement from Maybank.

I’ve forgotten my Maybank2u password and can’t reset it online because I don’t have access to my registered Malaysian mobile number for TAC/OTP verification while abroad.

Has anyone dealt with this before while living overseas?

I tried emailing customer support (mgcc@maybank.com.my), but haven't received a reply after multiple days of emailing. I also reached out to my original mortgage loan officer, but she simply told me to come back to Malaysia to sort it out.

Is there an official email process that actually works, or can a family member with an authorization letter request the statement at a local branch on my behalf?

Any advice or recent experience on the fastest way to resolve this without flying back would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
