Male preparation for pregnancy

I'm 29 years old ++. My wife same age with me. We are planning to have kids but we haven't begin yet. My wife begin taking the pregnancy formula. For my side, I'm a bit worry about myself. I drink a lot previously. Also I am a coffee lover, 1-2 cups per day. I begin to stop alcohol and coffee for couple of weeks to prepare myself. I come across to heard that I should take some nutrition to improve the sperm quality. Something like zinc.

Do I need to take the zinc supplement or any other nutrient?

I have try this Kimchi and it is very delicious. Therefore I recommend him to made for sell. It can be eaten together with noodles, rice or porridge. Also you can make Kimchi fried rice, Kimchi soup with beef/pork/chicken or Kimchi panjeon (korean pancake). Easy to make and delicious in it's own way.

Does Samsung LCD/LED faulty rate is high?

I have done survey on guide of purchasing a LCD or LED-LCD TV. The size for the sitting distance, refresh rate, resolution, the color and etc...

I'm using Panasonic TH-L32C3K now. A 32" LCD. Quite satisfied with it as I have a Panasonic LX3 camera. No problem and happy with it until when I start to play some MKV files. 80% of the new movie downloaded are not able to support. I check at Panasonic website, it does mention support MKV. However, no much details provided on the exact file system requirement. I update the firmware to the latest as well.

I'm moving to new house and plan to get a new LCD/LED TV. I come across in my mind, Samsung, LG and Panasonic. The sales man just only keep hard sales Samsung LED. Went to 3 shop, all hard sales Samsung LED but I often heard that Samsung always have issues or faulty. LG also doesn't sounds great as well. So far comment is Panasonic most reliable. However, from my experience, the file type playback really bad.

Need advise. Is really Samsung and LG that bad?
