No kids and 4 cats. We both work in KL and take MRT Putrajaya line from Putrajaya Sentral station. Currently really interested at Setia Seraya @ Presint 15, Putrajaya. RM 540k for 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1002 sqft. So far offered 3.6% interest loan for 35 years. <br /><br />But got some advice from elders that an apartment at that price point is not worth it and its better to find landed property that&#39;s further away.
