First of all, this is not a scam, I'm the hiring manager for an MNC semicon company looking for suitable candidates (junior - senior engineers) to fill above mentioned vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive continuous improvement and manage customer quality issues from root cause analysis to resolution.
2. Contact window to worldwide customer interface
Moderate and lead technical discussions in problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
2. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
3. Strong moderation and facilitation skills during technical/management discussions.

Preferred Qualifications (Priority):
1. Previous working experience in back-end semiconductor manufacturing.
2. Practical knowledge of the 8D problem-solving methodology.
3. Strong foundation in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
