Need Help, 1TB of Data lost.

Hi, i was installing the drivers for my new ASROCK Mobo. When it asked to generate ATA data, i typed yes forgotting that i had my external HDD plugged in the USB.

Now, all the data are gone and the HDD only read 2mb instead of 1Tb.

I know it's my fault. But how can i recover the data?

I'm a university student trying to set up a boxing club. By boxing, i mean pure punching skills, not the MMA or Muay Thai style.

I'm here to ask advice from you guys on setting up the club because I have zero knowledge on how to do this. All advice and criticism are welcome.

Hi, i just adopted a puppy from the SPCA about 2 weeks ago. He is a lab mix about 6 weeks old. Its been two weeks since. Problem started when he tried to nibble on everything. At first, i thought that he was just teething. so i tried training him with the methods from the internet. (Like giving a big "OWW" when he bite me and then ignored him, and reward him when he licks me.) Now he every time he sees me or my family, he snaps at us and tugs at us. He is also snarling while he does that. I checked again from the internet that this means he is trying to show his dominance and is a bad sign.

So, any advise what I should do?

Questions regarding displays.

Hi, I have 2 questions.

1) My notebook have two graphic displays, Intel HD display and a nVidia Geforce 310M Cuda 1GB, but it can only read the Intel HD display. Anyway that can let me use the nVidia graphic card?

2) I also have a LG e2350t monitor. Sometimes when i watch movies it will be too bright. I already try to set it but no matter how I set it, it can't lessen the brightness. Anyway to not make it so bright?
