Job Description & Details:

I am an international investor expanding a real estate portfolio in Kuala Lumpur. In compliance with local financing requirements via Bank of China, I am seeking a reliable individual to act as a registered local Process Agent that can simply forward and receive any mailings and notify me.

The primary function of this role is to provide a local Malaysian address to accept official legal correspondence on my behalf.

Compensation & Scope of Work:

You will be compensated RM 1,000 for each "Appointment of Agent" document you sign.

This is an ongoing arrangement; as I acquire additional properties, you will be paid the RM 1,000 retainer fee for every new property that requires your formal appointment.

While the likelihood of receiving official correspondence from the bank is minimal, you must be prepared to act if necessary. In the event that official documentation is served to your address, you will be compensated an additional RM 400-800 per instance to promptly scan and forward the materials to me.

Overview of the Required Document:

Instead of a complex contract, you will simply be signing a standard "Appointment of Agent to Accept Service of Legal Process" letter addressed to my Local Bank.

It officially links your local address to my property financing agreements.

It confirms your consent to act as my designated agent solely for receiving legal notices.

It includes an agreement that you will promptly notify me and forward any documents should they ever arrive.

For complete transparency upon inquiry I will also send you a full copy of the document and you can also just overview it with Artificial Intelligence or your own lawyer or legal companion to make sure you agree to all terms. You are simply going to provide a local means of emergency contact point rather than have anything to do with any of my properties (ex: Receive document regarding update about property financing, you scan and or take photos of the document and notify me digitally while I am not in the country, I will then pay additional for this)
