Ever since I was young, whenever I wanted to change jobs, someone — whether a colleague, family member, or friend — would always say, “The economy isn’t good. Don’t change jobs. Just stay where you are for now.”

But is that really good advice?

At my current age, finding a new job is getting harder.
I feel like I don’t have enough professional experience in one particular area to qualify for an Assistant Manager position.
But if I change jobs and end up with the same title, hiring managers might say they don’t have the budget to offer me a higher salary.

Now I feel lost. I feel like I’ve reached my limit at my current company.
There’s no longer any reason for me to stay, and I don’t see much room for growth anymore.

Some people might say, “Just tender your resignation first, then look for a new job.”

But I have bank loans to pay.
I can’t afford to quit without another job lined up, especially when I know finding a new job isn’t going to be easy for me.

So here I am, dragging myself to the office every day with absolutely no motivation. Arggggg! 😩

*The industry I’m in is quite similar before, so trying to switch to another industry with a senior title is difficult because HR may not consider my experience relevant enough.

Planning to Buy Hisense U7S – Looking for Feedback

Hi sifus,

I'm thinking of getting the new Hisense U7S, but I noticed there aren't many reviews from Malaysian users yet.

Any existing Hisense TV owners here? Doesn't have to be the U7S. If you're using a U7, U8, U6, A Series, or any other Hisense model, mind sharing your experience?

Would like to know things like:
1. How's the picture quality after using it for some time?
2. Any issues with the panel, dead pixels, backlight, colour etc.?
3. Is VIDAA OS responsive, or does it get laggy over time?
4. How's the motion for movies?
5. Is the built-in subwoofer any good, or is it just a marketing feature? 😆
6. I've seen mixed comments about the after-sales service in the past. Has it improved recently?

Feel free to share both the good and bad.
Just want to hear some real owner experiences before I pull the trigger.
