Even with the aircond on, I was still feeling warm and uncomfortable at night.<br /><br />What helped surprisingly well:<br /><br />Put ice into 2 ziplock bags<br />Wrap them lightly if needed<br />Hold/place them near your body while resting or sleeping<br />Put it behind the neck or lower back<br />In between ur hands<br /><br />It cooled my body temperature down significantly and made the heat much more bearable.<br /><br />Cheap, simple, and oddly effective for humid nights in Malaysia.
