Car Not Allowed to enter JB Jln Jim Quee

Starting 1 Jan 2027, private car will no longer be allowed to enter Jalan Jim Quee ( the main road access to CIQ & RTS).

Only Bus and Taxi are allowed.

Grab pickup will be done at City Square side.

JB also also increased the number of bus services.

What do you think? will this really help with the congestion at JBCC?

For those who want to take Grab out of JBCC to midvalley/KSL/austin/skudai/etc , will there be any problem?

ECOWorld bid Singapore GLS $1612ppr at Bright Hill site

It is the FIRST time ECOWorld steps into Singapore property construction.
They seems too aggressive in their bidding, going at +11% higher than second bidder.

They need to launch at around S$3000 psf. That is a crazy price for Bright Hill area.
Bright Hill will be at the MRT interchange with TEL going to JB RTS.

How will this affect or any relevance to price of RTS condo?

Is this Major flaw in JB RTS design/layout ?
I hope someone can correct me that I am wrong.
But looking at it :
1. After clearing both immigrations, why cant it opens up to a Wide walking path directly toward the RTS train plaform?
2. Why need to take escalators down, walk, and then escalator up again to RTS train platform?
3. Why creating such a bottleneck, plus adding walking distance?

Just chat with an old friend, baru realize she bought JB SKS Pavillion dualkey unit.
Bought at 850psf

Now rent out her dualkey
One bed room unit = 2200
One studio = 1700
One car park = 250
Total = RM4150/month

Both tenants are Couple, working in Singapore.
She said over that area rental demand is hot, once you have space people will come rent.

Malaysia speakers seems always missing the marks, but SG speakers are able to convey the key KPIs
- SG EDB head
- Sg Business Federation head

Both are able to emphasise on key factors to drive mutual wins which are the fundamentals of this cross-boundary projects. Both said they are positive of the success, however Malaysia leaders seems lacking a comprehensive perspective on this joint-venture., and focusing more on Johor’s success. On the other hand SG needs it for their future economy expansion.
