Ideally, trying to close to KL city center.<br /><br />Here’s what I’m looking for:<br />Built-up size: Around 1,000 sqft or more<br />Layout: At least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car parks<br />Budget: Range in RM500k - RM600k preferably.<br />Preferably near an MRT station<br />Have plenty of Chinese eateries nearby<br />Also hoping for a few nearby Chinese primary schools (SJKC / SRJK)<br />Freehold is preferred, but leasehold is fine too<br />Residential title preferred (to keep maintenance costs lower), but not a must<br />not too high dense and not too old <br />Safe area with good property management<br /><br />Appreciate any suggestions or recommendations&#33; <br /><br />By the way, it seems doesn&#39;t have any other active property forum around?
