After swapping Mobo, PC alot of problem

Hi everyone,

Recently I swap my Gigabyte X470 Aorus with a Asus B450M Pro-II.

Issue:
1. Everything restart PC or Windows Update Restart, it will stuck at Bios Screen.
2. I tried check all bios setting, update bios, it's same issue.
3. If normal shutdown, and boot up from shutdown, it will be fine.

Now:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor, 3800 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. 4604, 19/3/2024
BaseBoard Product: TUF GAMING B450M-PRO II

OS Installed at: Local Disk C: SSD
