Where can I learn street fight

Hey,

I need a self-defense class focused on practical street fighting (like grappling and punches), not traditional martial arts or patterns.

I'm on a busy work schedule but need this training for self-defense and as a full-body workout/fitness routine. What schools/disciplines teach this effective, no-nonsense style?

Used to do some boxing/MMA spar as a newbie back in COVID era with some lads but now gained weight tremendously to 90kg plus and trying to shred some.

Hey pepol, next year will be my first year to fill up e-filing under lhdn. So when I ask at counter, the lady simply said later just put your total annual salary in the form.

So do we put the annual gross pay amount or annual net pay deducting all the EPF/perkeso one?

Friend of mine wants get an offer under company to work at Thailand as expat but he was not sure either he will be stopped at airport or not. Thanks in advance

Coming to age 30 around in the corner, body gains weight as well, always loved to join some martial arts gym to lose weight/ learn new skill as well but due work schedule/ budget..I put that thought aside.

So just wondering if there anyone into light to medium spar box/mma sesh just to lose some sweats together.well atleast can have some good chat post session.. anyway I'm 180cm 90kg..looking for someone with that stats range.

I was charged extra 1.5% when using debit card in grocery store, is there any newly announcement of such charges before? As I remembered before only charges by bank for using the duitnow transaction will be a extra charges. Thank you
