Question about car park rental income tax

Hi, newbie here so this might sound like a stupid question.

I have a parking lot in my condo that I rented out at RM250 per month. At the same time, I am also renting another parking lot in the condo at RM150 per month. So every month I have a RM100 positive cash flow from these.

Now, do I need to pay income tax for the rental that I received from the parking lot that I rented out? If yes, is it on the RM250 per month that I collected, or the RM100 per month net income after deducting the rental that I paid?

Thanks.
