Hi All,

Need to get input and opinions as to which route best to take to eventually be a full fledged accountant .

I have narrow down a few options :-

1) Direct entry to either Australia or UK Univ.

The question is , which Univ ? The degree must get the most exceptions for professional accounting course .

Thereafter do ICAEW or ACCA

2) 1st year at heriot Watt and thereafter transfer to Edinburgh for final year .

Then ICAEW or ACCA.

3) Do 1st year at Monash then transfer to Aus Monansh or University of Melbourne .

Thereafter to Aus CA.

SPM BM requirement for Medical Course

Hi All,

I am enquiring on behalf of my son who is doing A level at this very moment . He is from international school thus did not take SPM. From my understanding , one need to have SPM BM to be employed in the public sector i.e. during housemanship .

My question is , apart from siting for the July SPM BM paper , is there any other alternative ? I have heard of a special BM paper conducted by JPA . Is there such thing ?

Also , he took ICGSE BM paper & got distinction. Can this be a replacement ?

Hope to get some insight on this .

Thank you for the blinds delivered. Love them (even though they can be a little heavy due to the size which I already expected). Overall very satisfied. They are beautiful. A pic attached.

I've to give a shoutout to Phillip for his excellent customer service..

Even after 1 year of installation of the blind, I've encountered a small issue on the roller.
I PM'ed him on this matter and in a matter of minutes, I've got a call from him.
He guided me through how-to on fixing it... and even offered to send one person over..

gave me the most affordable price compared to other sellers, and was the very fast to respond to PM and arrive on site to measure & install

what impressed me the most was that he was very polite, respectful and professional all the way through. the product itself has good build quality for such a fair price.

I've to give a shoutout to Phillip for his excellent customer service..

Even after 1 year of installation of the blind, I've encountered a small issue on the roller.
I PM'ed him on this matter and in a matter of minutes, I've got a call from him.
He guided me through how-to on fixing it... and even offered to send one person over..

He definitely values his client highly

gave me the most affordable price compared to other sellers, and was the very fast to respond to PM and arrive on site to measure & install

what impressed me the most was that he was very polite, respectful and professional all the way through. the product itself has good build quality for such a fair price.

i hope other lowyat sellers can be half as pleasant as tpleong! will happily recommend to all my friends, 10/10!
