Apply for reduce assessment fee from MBPJ

Hi all
My office property in PJ is untenanted for 2024. It has been listed on property portal for more than 6 months but no luck.
I am seeking a reduction or remission on the assessment fee but i cant seem to find out how and where to make an application on the MBPJ website. It doesnt help i can read or speak malayu.
Hope any kind soul can give me guidance on how to do it?

KL Unoccupied office property assessment taxes

Hi All KL office property owners, newbie here.

My tenant is leaving in 2 months time.
If the property is unoccupied, do i still have to pay annual parcel rent (cukai petak) and property assessment tax?
I have already paid 1H assessment tax and parcel rent. Can i get rebate for the period its unoccupied?
