Critical Holdings group is a mechanical, electrical and process ("MEP") utilities design and engineering solutions firm and its principal activities comprise design and build, project management, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems for newly built critical facilities as well as redevelopment, refurbishment and upgrading of existing critical facilities.

Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO in conjunction with the listing of Critical Holdings on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public issue of 74,348,000 new ordinary shares in Critical Holdings ("Shares") in the following manner:

18,587,000 Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;
3,717,400 Shares available for application by eligible directors and employees;
46,467,400 Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry; and
5,576,200 Shares by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(II) Offer for sale of 37,173,900 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

Stamp Duty Exemption

Hello everyone,

I am writing to inquire about the first home buyer for stamp duty exemption for properties valued between 500k to 1 million. As per the budget 2023, it has been announced that 75% of the stamp duty will be exempted for properties within this range.

However, I have checked the stamp duty website and so far, there has been no gazette released on this matter. As a first home buyer, I am wondering if there are any stamp duty exemptions currently available for me if I were to purchase a residential property now.

I would appreciate any information or insights on this matter. Thank you.
