I met this lady 10 years ago.

Long story short, Five years ago she's doing so called Forex, everyday show how much earning and victim started to look for her then I didn't see any of her update since that.

Last year, she contacted me for new investment called myworld (previously called lyconet). I declined her after research on Google (it's reported scam by other countries victim)

And now she keep posting good life (flight to Europe, Japan, Korea) on social media and showing how successful she is (she claimed to be Alibaba partner now, and funding from new investors)

Anyone knows any channel to report? Gov department?

My neighbor have few cat and this morning I noticed one of the cat had serious injury on its head, I speak to the neighbor but she refused to bring it to pet hospital (even I offered to help to send)

The cat ran away when I try to approach him (I try to apply some med to stop the bleeding)

Any number I can contact to help the cat?
