Stuck in BIOS Startup(Acer laptop)

Hello guys, Yeah, into the topic so i kinda mess up with my laptop that stuck at menu and file manager at same time and cannot do anything. I just go to do forces shutdown and right now it’s stuck at BIOS Startup(for acer laptop). “esc” is the only button that worked in keyboard while at BIOS startup and i also already push all the button in Keyboard but it’s doesn’t have any change btw. This gonna be a moral for me right now. What should i do? (The model of laptop is Acer Aspire V)

I already using the external keyboard but it still same like there, idk what to do right now. I also send the picture of it.

Hi and Hello Everyone, i need solution and you guys opinion about my problem….

After Maghrib yesterday at “7:25-7:30 maybe” i with my friend go to our friend house at Bukit Setiawangsa… and the security ask for the IC i don’t care and just give as always when i go to another type of security system like on Maya condominium(my another friend house), but this time the guard take a snap of my IC pics… i starting feeling ‘was-was’ and i start ask my friend about it again but him say maybe its a normal think. I stop thinking about it and i starting feeling ‘was-was’ again. Maybe someone in this page know about the system or maybe there have any resident of Bukit Setiawangsa here.. and also is it dangerous if the foreigner security guard take a pics of my IC? So what should i do right now? Should i go to make a report police or just calm down about this think? Can someone help me and give opinion about my problems.

Maybe this topics like overthinking issues but after some of my friend opinion its start to be serious in my head.
