LOST CREDIT HAPPY

hi i m Cheng from Kelantan, i m not sure i come to rite place to tell my problem.
If this place is not suit plz guild me k.

Problem begin when Kelantan was hit by wave n banjir. During that time the HAPPY dg no line[offline so the whole affected area no HAPPYline. My credit the time is around rm50.00. after banjir the line recover but i icant make call, when i check there is no more credit .
i make complain to happy center. then HAPPY said he wil return call in 24 hours. i m waiting...instead he make the MISSed call. then follow by sms told me to call back. but when i calld it replied THERE PROBLEM LINE IN certain area...i keep calling many times and get the same answer. Again i when to service center n make a complain,..again he said he will call back in 24hours. but never call me till now.
besides i already complain tru Happyhelpline in FB ,also no reply....

What should i do?

i m very frustrated when my da5000 suddenly no power. When i check the fuse, its already putus, then i replace it, its also putus. so i bring it to dealer. They have to send WHOLE SET to HQ, including speaker n box, is that true? They said normally if the fuse problem, there is no warranty.. ?????i m cofusing..

HI fren, i m using sony dvdcam, the problem i face is the battery cant recharge. When i turn on the plug, there is no signal of charging....my batt is 2 years old. pls some hero help me.

i plan to buy 5,1 channel surround system(mini) as the dvd now mostly with this. i walk around the comp shop n c so many type of 5.1.... with budget rm500, with is the best. [i use it 4 29' tv]
