[need help]directX9.0c pbl

this make me really mad...

after i install directX 9.0c(actually oringinally from SP2)
when i watch RMVB(mpg is ok) my screen suddenly become black screen then back to normal(keep constantly)
i am weird ...when i am watching mpg/dat...that is ok.....
at 1st ..i thought it was codec pbl...

but when i play FIFA07...
it happened to this also...
when the game start play(match begin...before match begin all is normal)screen suddenly become black screen then back to normal(keep constantly)

i tried to install (format again) with sp1 which come with directX 8.1
RMVB is ok dy...no pbl at all

*i already download the latest force ware from nvdia website and install it dy

but sad...FIFA07 need D9 to play....

below is my pc spec..i dun believe my pc will get this sort of pbl...plz help
AMD opteron 144 1.8@2700mhz with 1.41 vcore@37C

i have few question...
do u guys know why this happened?

beside do u guys know where to download directX8.1?
coz i am thinking to remove the D9 and install the D8.1

my pc got some problem..

when i watch RMVB and play game..
my screen keep flashing(like refreshing)

any solution?

i am using nx8500Gt

ADDTIONAL : i found that..it's happened only when i watch RMVB..watching MPG is ok...no pbl

i am now using 2 optical drives
3 hardisk

1 X 120mm fan 1 X 80mm fan
2 x uv tube...

and do a bit overclock at 1.41 vcore

i scare my PSU cannot tahan..
how to check the power to ensure it's good enough?

my screen keep flashing when i watch movie or playing game...

how to roll back my previous version beside SYSTEM RESTORE

hardware confirm no pbl...

the screen...klip klip when playing games...watching movie(seems like it's keep flashing when the screen got motion)
