We are hiring for Business Development Executive for Social Media Sales. Purple Durian is a digital marketing agency startup specialising in food.

Your main responsibility will be approaching small business owners to introduce and sign up to social media service packages based on their needs.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for marketing and promotion of current business offerings
Research and insert leads of potential clients list in zoho CRM
Contact cold and warm leads to inform of service and current offerings
Able to explain and sell current packages in a way to clients' benefit
Close sales by issuing invoice and checking payment
Coordinating with content creation team for client content creation and publishing
Manage ongoing client relationships from initial contact through to post sale service

Requirements:

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
Self-starter with a pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective
Advantage to candidates experienced in the sales and business development field as agent (property/insurance/MLM/coway/internet/etc)

Benefits:

NO CAP on commission
On target earnings RM4,000+

Vending Machine for sale

I have 1 vending machine located in a condo near Old Klang Road, KL next to swimming pool and children playground
There is no shop in the condo
Nearest shop is 10 mins walk away
Its a 20-slot drinks vending machine wrapped with Milo branding

Already installed and fully operational

I will let go at the price I put in RM9,000 all including:
RM8,000 price I bought the machine
RM300 spent on installing the plug point
RM350 spent on machine maintenance (oiling)
RM400+ for drinks stock (inside the machine & I have another box)

Reason for selling: I want to take out my investment because I need to use the money.

Rental per month currently is RM200 but condo management already said RM100 is ok when the contract renew. Contract will renew in January 2022

fix keyboard for HP envy

Hi, I've been trying to find someone who can change the keyboard on my HP envy 13ad103TU laptop. Tried 3 places said they cannot help me and don't know where to recommend. Most of the keys don't work anymore. Any recommendations?
