            <title>Procrastination and Lack of Motivation to Workout</title>

            <description>I&amp;#39;ve been wanting to include regular exercise into my routine for a while now, but I always find myself putting it off or making excuses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I lead a busy life with work and other responsibilities, which often leaves me feeling tired and drained by the end of the day. ( 8- 6)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know the importance of exercise for my physical and mental well-being, but I struggle to find the motivation to get started.( can workout night only or maybe early in morning)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procrastination on exercising.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;addiction to gaming.( mobile legend and genshin impact)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m open to any suggestions , as I&amp;#39;m eager to make positive changes in my life ,as currently no issue in health. but required strategies to change these habit .&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;help me overcome these challenges.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:blink:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
