            <description>Hi guys and Sifu&amp;#39;s,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to know if my :&lt;br /&gt;- outstanding loan left balance 50k, &lt;br /&gt;- property market value at 280k,&lt;br /&gt;- still tenant rent 800 profit per month after deduct maintenance fee.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if i paid lum sum before or after refinance is there any different .&lt;br /&gt;Why, because save my interest compare to put my 50k at FD and also for future emergency use.&lt;br /&gt;Or is there alternative financial advice ?  &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
