Help! CPU Usage 100%

recently i realize that my CPU usage is 100% and cause my pc to work very slow ...
And i found that this is cause my a system process call "spool.exe" which use around 90+ of my cup usage...may i know what is this system file??
After i end the process of this system file...everything become ok...

What happen

X600 Pro

After switch on my pc, i open the task manager and saw that my CPU usage is 100%...
at the time i juz running msn messenger...the Kaspersky 7.0 is running update...
How come like that???

My pc dunno wat problem...cannot open oredi....
Before that i have off my pc properly, then after wake up this morning i go to open, it cannnot open jor...
What problem was that????anyone help me...T.t

First occurence of problem: Sudden Disconnect
Problem frequency: Often Happened
Problem description: Stated below

I just buy Aztech Wireless Modem Router at PC Fair...
After i connect the modem, key in the username and password, then i can online oredi...
But after few minutes it will disconnect and it happen many times, and when i restart then modem it will not auto connect....
I change with another modem, but it wont happen and never dc....
Can anyone help me???izzit the Aztech modem problem or something i haven set the configuration yet???
