Is it normal for Gov site to be inaccessible

I've been trying to access the Residensi Wilayah site for almost a week and it's still not yet fixed.
If you bypass this error, it goes to a ".jwp" site ver instead, and I don't wanna proceed further cos takut the site kena hijacked.

Does anyone know what I can do in this case?

I have finally tried this trending burger.
Total cost rm48 = Beast Style burger combo (with beast style fries and coke)

Node rating: 4/10

Fries sucks, only ate abt 30% of it.
Burger is so so, I think not much difference compared to Burger king or Texas Chicken punya burger.

Would I order again and reason:
No, because food is overpriced and the fries sucks. If I wanna order burger, I would order from somewhere else with better fries.

I'm approaching my 30s, and I still have many things I want to do in life.
Things like hiking, playing tennis (not badminton), doing some silly tiktok vids, cooking, etc.
Next year maybe after I come back from my PH trip, and move out to a new place, I can start doing these things.

And I'm still exploring my passion, don't know what it is yet lel

As for my definition of love, love starts with nothing in the beginning as it requires to be built over time.
It will take trust & time to form a strong bond and care for each other.

Once love is built, then nothing can stand on its way.
Money/Looks/Personality/etc, even LDR or religion or whatever hurdle, any love when its built can overcome all these challenges.

Less Collagen growth during cutting phase?

Hi guys, I recently went to do subcision on my face to treat some old acne scars.
This was about 2-3weeks ago, the doctor said in order to see the effects, I need to wait some time and let the collagen grow naturally over the next 3 mths.

However, I realised that since I'm also cutting with a 50% deficit or so (I'm getting abt 1.2k cals/day), my current diet may not be ideal for recovery?
My concern is that this kind of diet may negatively affect the collagen growth for improving my facial scars.

And I have to cut for another 7-8 weeks, can someone confirm that it is bad for my acne scar healing (collagen growth)?

I'm trying to experiment with a new cutting approach (hence the 50% deficit) but also I'm trying to make sure that I can properly get enough collagen produced to reap the results of my subcision.

PS:
Next 2 weeks or so, I might be visiting the same doctor for doing some laser on my face, so I will probably ask him as well during that time.
In the meantime, I read that consuming Vitamin C can help with boosting/maintaining collagen so maybe I wanna get it later today.
