I am having a "relationship" with a divorced girl, she signed lawyer letter less than 6 months (husband not yet sign). She is having a 2 years old kid. Recently she told me she is pregnant (with the guy), I am clueless, no direction. Lonely long weekend.

Nowadays still good to invest in property? Worth taking the 35 years to commit for the loan and pray hard it get tenanted during the whole loan period ?

Who watch Sean Tan and follow his footstep? I think he is just a marketing guy that keep introducing those project with unsold units or bad location, I think these are the main stream income kek lol

If they are so good in investment, why teach ppl? REIT seems good as there are experts managing the portfolio for you, but not as rewarding as property.

Worth investing are those landed in prime area, for condo, would ppl still rent for 20 year old house with old facilities?

I wonder how you guys pass time when on weekend when you are single? Been single for almost 1 year, feeling so lonely especially weekend with holiday.

I’m 32 now, not much hobby, most of the time just sleep over the weekend, sometimes feel the need to have some intimacy but afraid to commit for relationship.

Anyone is nearby Jalan TP 7/1 Taman Perindustrian UEP Subang Jaya? found 4 baby puppies beside the deep drain, not seeing their mother around, anyone could save them or bring them to shelter?
