Another investment loss postn trying to move on

Been losing money since 2019
until now my losses:
forex: 45k (stupidity + intrusive what-if thoughts, thought i can do sniper entry with 1.00 lot size on a 10k acc, and market says fk you and down spike, account kena liquidated not once but many times)

options: 30k (terus buy one month dte otm nvidia call when stock is at ath, didnt end well)

most recent loss this month is 10k from....forex (Had a full margin buy xauusd at 4400, account got liquidated and next time i see is its at 5000 now, man it hurts so much)

so total loss at 75k myr

about 8/9 months worth of my salary

whats left of me is 2k in my bank account and 36k nvdia itm 180 call expires 15 jan 2027

everyday i wake up feeling very stupid and disappointed with myself

planned to buy a house with that downpayment.... guess that is delayed now

planned to get a new phone and alot of things but yes they gone now

now whats next is i think i'll just dca into moomoo etf/snp500 or buy leap call, hope to one day be able to recover the losses

and yes, i recognized the gambling addiction

Go ahead and roast me if you want, would appreciate it if yall can give me some advise of how to cope/move on

Edit: now when i see news about price of gold rising
i think about all the blown accounts i had, way back to when gold is still 2000+ usd an ounce
the profits i could have had when my accounts didnt get blown up
and then the itch of what-if intrusive thoughts pops up again

I'm having big trust issues on turn signals from other cars

I was about to exit to main road, sees an incoming car with turn signals on

I assumed he wants to turn in into the road where I'm at so I moved out (might be me too impatient)

Heard a loud honk so I stopped, front almost got hit by the incoming car

Turns out he wants to turn in into the road after mine

I moved on while that car stopped after turned in and stared at me

I admit I should have waited till the car slowed down to confirm it's safe to move out, did he signalled too early?

Was driving in a 2 way road

Road was rather narrow

Had a side mirror collision of my car and her car coming from opposite lane

Both me and her car stopped, both cars are in the lines (at least the tyres are)

She came out of her car, apparently for her car the mirror dropped so she picked it up, looked at my car went back to her car and drove off

My car's side mirror seemed to me okay (mirror didn't drop) so I ... Was waiting for her to walk to my car if she wants to talk about it, but she drove off so I drove off too

I found a place to stop and checked at my side mirror, seems like it's all good, no scratches, nothing unusual

Let's say in event if she lodged a police report, any advise on that?
Or am I too paranoid?

Buying car from direct owner

I plan to buy this car from the owner

Car itself is still under loan, about 38500

Seller agreed to sell to car to me at 37000, he will top up the remaining 1500 to fully settle the loan

Car itself has been inspected and deemed in good condition

Car owner is about 200km from my place

Car owner has paid his share, sent me the remaining outstanding loan screenshot and receipt of payment

The agreed plan is:
- prior to meeting me at my place he will go to do puspakom ownership transfer inspection at puspakom nearby his place

- assuming the inspection result is a pass, he will come down to my place to meet me. We will then go to the bank counter nearby my place where I will settle the remaining balance of 37000.

- he will surrender the car to me and go back to his place

- since ebatal will take a couple working days (according to cimb bank, the loan financier of the car), on the day ebatal is done, car owner will go to jpj nearby his place to do ownership transfer thumbprint, and I'll do the same

An agreement has been drafting stating the above, and is signed by both side, in forms of both soft and hard copy

Question: what if owner tiba2 don't want to do ownership transfer at jpj, or even report the car as stolen?

First time buyer, will appreciate any advises. Thanks!

been eyeing harrier turbo for a while
after some rough surveying the recond ones (2019~2020, without sunroof, mileage less than 40k km dunno real or not) are around 150k, while the used ones are around 130k (2018/2019, mileage around 60k km), prices are overall more reasonable in the west malaysia (im from east malaysia)

heard lots of stories about recond dealers faking mileage (sometimes not even scrut can see pass that), parts missing on delivery (am from east malaysia so im not sure i have the time to fly to the west and visit lots of dealers)...and getting lemon used units

decided on the turbo at model instead of the newer na+direct shift cvt model because...i thought the at is more durable, no?

Very tiring to polish/wax a mpv, sometimes to the point both my arms cramp smh (my arms are recovering from arm day Friday workout)

About sales commission

Lets call this person who resigned before i joined to replace him X
I'm told that I will be selling product under X

In month end sales closing, my sales and commission record (with my name) on google drive shows that i have hit the minimum amount of sales amount to be entitled to receive commission.

Then i was told that i am not entitled to receive the commission because part of the commission was done by X prior to the date i have joined (4th of the month)

I'm not happy about this because if that part of the commission was not meant for me, it shouldnt have added to my sales and commission record at the first place

During the meeting for this it was also mentioned that in the incentive scheme there is a sentence saying something about individual contribution, part of my commission was done by X, not my name, thus i am not entitled to the commission

but then again, i was told that X's product is under me, so any sales commission from X's product for the month should have gone to me, no?

Would like to hear yall's opinion about this, thanks!

So I've worked in this company as a sales rep for a month, gave my 2 weeks notice because received a better offer

The company tells me as I have resigned during probation period, I will not be entitled to the commission from last month

I rechecked the documents I have signed (offer letter, employment terms, and incentive scheme), so far I've only found a clause that says if I hit x amount of sales I will be entitled to receive commission, and I did not find any clauses that says if I will not be entitled to the commission if I resigned during probation period.

Asked the hr regarding this couple days ago, so far that question of mine remained unanswered besides than other irrelevant excuses

Is this legal though? Does the "company have the right to alter any clauses without notice" have effect on this? Planned to visit the labour office soon

Fyi my basic is lower than 2k, and my last month's commission is around 2k

So I've worked at this company (lets call it A) for a month as a sales rep, gave my 2 weeks' notice because i received another offer with better package. A tells me that i wont be entitled to my commission from last month as i resigned during probation period. I checked all the documents they sent me before my day one, and ive found no clauses nor terms that said so.

Is that legal though? Planned to make a visit to the local labor office if they refused to pay up. around \~2k for commission from last month

*In the commission scheme, it was stated that i am entitled to commission if i hit the minimum sales amount (which i did), but there was no clause nor terms that stated that i will not be entitled to my commission if i resigned during probation period. My base is below 2k*

Got my blood drawn, urine collected, and chext xray'ed last last Friday,

Got asked about my eye sight last Tuesday (they said I need glasses, I told them due to financial issues I can only get one when my paycheck comes, and I can see things alright) and sent the papers to public bank with aided eyesight not filled.

Whatsapped and emailed the hiring manager yesterday, no response (hope I didn't get ghosted lol)

Anyone had similar situation with public bank? Normally how long you waited to wait from the hr?

Got an offer from a company A which deadline is on next Wednesday (by 31st)
Waiting for interview results from a company B which applied job role I prefers more, said would take up to two weeks to get back to me (from last Thursday)

Should I try ask company A if the deadline can be extended, or accept company A's offer and jump when got offer from company B (risking burning bridge)?

Hi, I got an offer for a IT helpdesk role in an erp company, and it's the first time I'm actually told the cert that I have (aws cloud practitioner) actually had value and can help in increasing my pay. I was also told that I can transition into developer role if I wanted to.

So apparently the IT helpdesk role wasn't looked upon in a positive light in some of the western countries (mainly because of some IT illiterate people can get very nasty to deal/communicate with), wondering if anyone had been in such a role before

I don't have an IT degree, but have an interest towards the IT industry (both software and hardware). Saw from some opinion that IT helpdesk can help in kick-starting a career in IT.

Would love to hear from y'all who had been in the role in the past. Thanks!

Graduated 3 years ago with a business degree
Dark history of me after I got my degree:

- public account assistant: quitted after 4 days because senior sucked at teaching and I felt just....quitted

- data analyst: quitted after a month, first time going through a 5 days continuous 9-9 and couldn't handle the sudden increase in workload, broke down when got questioned about my slow speed, went to see a government psychiatrist and got diagnosed with mdd, on second checkup got changed to panic disorder ( stopped going for further checkups because the drugs are useless and their responses/suggestions is something I've seen n times on the internet)

Similar stuff happened to 3 more jobs I gotten, including this one I just quitted last week despite only a week into the job (sales role)

I just don't know what is wrong with me, from nowhere in the middle of a workdau I'd just feel so hopeless useless and all sorts of thoughts I shouldn't have keeps coming in, and the next thing I know I've sent the resignation letter

Telling my parents about all these is just straight up pointless as to them only those successful people get to be depressed because they need to worry about lots of things, compared to this failure piece of shit and waste of space I am

I really don't know how to properly live my life anymore. I don't understand why I was the one born into this world instead of anyone else. My parents spent so much money and ended up with an inferior product like me when the rest of my siblings are all doing well in life. I wish i can just find a job where I can properly function and ....I just want to stop feeling wanna die anymore

These few days I just pretend everything is okay, go to work while I'm actually at somewhere browsing job posts....only matter of time my parents will find out about this

It hurts me so much to see their faces when one of their sons keeps quitting jobs despite being a degree holder when he is supposed to be working climbing the job ladder

I don't know what I like or want to do, I hate myself to be such a failure and I hate myself even more that I don't have the courage to off myself
