Genuine question on where to start?

Earlier saw some news about Trump and bitcoin, and I was thinking is it high time to finally jump into crypto scheme, or at least ask around here, am I really suitable to get started.

- Generic MNC worker. (Can have some extra money to try on crypto I suppose)

- Close to 0 knowledge about crypto scheme, throughout the years was just following headlines and looking some news articles, and have the mindset of "crypto scam, crypto risky" etc.

Wanted to ask because I'm not familiar with current meta, yes I do read some past threads from here & reddit but I need an update.
From an outsider POV, I have a few questions (apologize for some noob question because I'm a true noob):

1) Do I just play around few coins with Luno, or you really need Binance/Bybit to play altcoins and be "truly profitable"?
2) What are the current recommendations for platforms/app? don't want risky ones if possible
3) Is DCA-ing BTC & ETH, still a good playstyle?
4) The main concern, how do you get them converted back to RM and back to my bank account, just withdraw from Luno? (Assuming my personal savings account)
5) Is there any worries/declarations/taxing if I just withdraw from Luno?
6) From my understanding, if I want to play Binance, I have to buy USDT first via p2p, then use it to get some altcoins?
7) How do I transfer my altcoin gains from Binance back to my personal bank account?
8) What are the risks? Maybe something like bank freeze (which I see a lot), and how do people got these problems?

TLDR: Would like to learn and experience crypto legally starting from 0, but I need a plan.

Refurbished Dell Monitor (yay or nay)

Seen the original price for a new monitor on dell official is 2.1k, however the outlet sells only rm1199. Model is S2721DGF, really tempting.

I know lazada 9.9 is coming but previously i bought ASUS & msi from online platforms and they say if return need to have certain amount of dead pixels etc etc. So not really leaning to buy again from these platforms especially Dells warranty is good. But then i never tried before refurbished monitor, so really dont know what will happen.

This morning chat with the sales advisor from the factory outlet website and he say this model dont have “new or unopened” one, all are refurbished. He say the remaining stocks are in “good condition”, some are used/returned and will be packed with brown box. Thankfully the refurbished one also covers the 3 year warranty. Returns of change of mind are probably unacceptable I assume. If got dead pixel also not sure can exchange until get 0 or not. So in the end should I gamble or no? Really indecisive. If dont want to buy this one then ill probably go lazada see got any good new monitor or not.

Side question:
These refurbished ones can continue bargain price with sales rep ke?
