segan nak tanya,but how to use rice cooker eh?

i use the old type rice cooker with only 'cook' and 'keep warm' funtion jer. cook rice i no problem because it will auto go to 'keep warm' after done.

but for poridge,the heat and bubble over flow out from the cover,after moniter for 1 hour still no auto go to 'keep warm' do i need to manual off the rice cooker or wat ?

i am looking for a small room to rent or cheap flat to buy,went ibilik look see look see,do apointment to view actual room at shah alam area,wah they use prepaid meter @ 70 cent per kilowalt,mahal gilo tu,after kira kira,i was the talk to the ajen,after 30minute talk talk ask Q this and that,aready use up 0.05 kwt and that just 2 light bulb,1 exhoust fan and 1 wall fan, so if 30minute is 0.05,then 1 hour is 0.10kwt,i mostlly stay at room,(recovering from major operation to the lung

0.10kwt x 24 jam =2.4kwt per day x 30 days =72kwt per month
thats rm 103 per month just for power,i belum kira my destop pc power consumtion lagi ni, and that 70cent per kilowalt also "they say la "

in short dont rent with a bisness minded renting room company

i would like to make a fake gum with like3-4 fake tooth on it.can gov klinik do stuff like this? or need to go private,i checked private aready and the base fake gum is like rm 160 and each tooth is rm60-rm80 like that.

encik A post at sosial media got room to rent,

encik B saw the post and interested so they msg each other via whatsapp, and agree to meet up at the unit and view the room, and after that encik A ask for depo/or payment for 1st month rental, since gonna move in fast ( a week)

the Q is

how do i know the unit belong to encik A? or am i paying the right person? encik A might be the previus renter for that room,hence got key,and its his final end of month rent,hence try to get encik B to pay any amount if posibble...
so how do prevent IF its a scam?
