Condo/apartment in PJ for rent

Hi guys, my cousin is returning from overseas and has secured a job in PJ. Can anyone recommend a high-rise in PJ for rental?
She's looking for something safe, fairly well-maintained with a gym. If possible not too far from amenities or shopping malls, for convenience sake. Mostly will just be occupied by her and her boyfriend when he stays over.
Her budget : RM1500 - 2500/month.

Thanks!

Hi guys, is it possible to install a new air-conditioner in our condo, in a room that does not have a pre-existing air-con point?
Will there need to be wall hacking or major renovation to install the AC?

Thanks ya

One East Damansara

Hi guys, recently heard of this project: One East Damansara located at Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara in PJ. Developed by CK East Group.

Seems interesting. Low density project with 5 levels and 65 units. Layouts ranging from 499-5000sqft. Some units even have private lifts and private pools.
I heard the price per sqft ranges from RM900-1200 per sqft…
Gives me Utamara vibes.
However, I’ve never heard of the developer prior to this, not familiar with their work.
Was told estimated completion will be in 2024.
I think it’s leasehold, commercial under HDA title, but I could be mistaken.

Anyone heard or know more about this project?

Subsales in Mont Kiara / Desa Park City

Hi sifus, wondering if you guys have any advice for us.
My partner and I are looking to buy our first home for own stay, planning to move in next year.
We have been eyeing a new project, set to be completed end of this year, VP in Q1 2023.
Nett price around 900k with 3 beds + 2 baths.

I was wondering with that budget, if we can get a condo (subsales) in Mont Kiara or Desa Park City? I know I can’t expect the best with that budget, but something well-maintained and decent, maybe at least >900sqft with 2-3 bedrooms? Any suggestions?

I’m considering these two places because we like the townships. Also because we may need to leave the country in 7-8 years and I’m wondering if buying a place in MK/DPC will be easier in terms of exit strategy, i.e., renting out or subsales. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Thank you in advance for the advice!

Tria Seputeh vs Hampton Damansara

Hi guys, we’ve been struggling to come to a decision between the two. We’re torn between the 1001sf at Tria and the 924sf at Hampton. Both are within our budget and distance from work is acceptable. It will be our first home, for own stay. May need to move later on in life and either sell/rent out the place. But will definitely be staying for the foreseeable future.

Need help from you property gurus! Which would be your choice and why? Is one more premium than the other?
Thank you in advance for the advice!
