I think move the Sultan Ismail Custom and 2nd link Custom to Johor - Malacca and Johor - Pahang will be good since 80% of users of jb customs r johorean and this will reduced the traffic;

those slow public servants can station at johor malacca, pahang border to manage lesser traffic and volume ...going north bound..

Johor will link the inbound clearance with singapore custom system provide automate clearance and notification of stay duration through app , email etc

Kick those slow lazy public servants out of JOHOR...
