Cannot Raid WD 1TB 3.5HDD

Hi i have TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS WIFI II mobo, trying to raid 2 sata disk:
1. 1tb 2.5" seagate
2. 1tb 3.5" WD

at the setting, unable to detect one of the sata. it is detected, displayed as New instead of Ready for Raid.
while hd no 1 is raidable.

Anyone have any idea why? i cannot initialise that disk for raid.
