I have been working with a talent solution firm, recently was announced my contract will end at the end of this month.<br /><br />I still have 8 days of annual leaves left and I want to encash them. However the company is asking me to utilize the leaves.<br /><br />In the job offer was clearly stated annual leaves are encashable under 2 scenarios:<br />1. Cessation of employment relationship under this contrat<br />2. If not availed annual leaves due to company request.<br /><br />I need advice on how to proceed and if possible how to convince them to allow me to encash my leaves.<br /><br />Worst comes to worst do I take them court?<br /><br />Appreciate all the help.
